How To Edit/Delete An Offer Letter Template

  • How to adjust created Offer Letter Templates

Environment:

  • Push Web App

Process:

How to edit an Offer Letter Template:

  1. Click the Applicant Tracking tab 
  2. On the left hand navigation bar, click Offer Letter Templates
  3. Under Actions, click the Pencil icon that corresponds with the Template
  4. Under Template Name, input the updated title of the Offer Letter
  5. Click the White Box to adjust the content of the Offer Letter
  6. Click the drop down menu that corresponds with Insert a Variable and select: Candidate First Name, Candidate Last Name, Candidate Email, Candidate Phone Number, Company Name, Job Board Link, or Position Name to auto-populate this information in the body of the message
  7. Once done, click Save Template
  8. In the pop up box, click Confirm

How to delete an Offer Letter Template:

  1. Click the Applicant Tracking tab 
  2. On the left hand navigation bar, click Offer Letter Templates
  3. Under Actions, click the Garbage Can icon that corresponds with the Template
  4. In the pop up box, click OK 

Additional Information

Once you have Published and Saved the Offer Letter Templates, you will be able to use these when sending out an Offer Letter to a Candidate. 

Please note that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to view/update/create Offer Letter Templates will be able to access this information.
