- Who do I contact to resend me the email to setup my account?

Answer
Though the Push Welcome Email expires after 48 hours (the digital onboarding email expires after 72 hours), you can still set a password by using the Forgot Password in the main Push login page. Alternatively, your employer/direct manager can also resend you the Welcome Email.
If you have not yet received a Welcome email, please reach out to your employer/direct manager to best assist you.
Additional Information
If you have used Push with a previous Company and you received a Welcome Email with a new Company, Push will not accept the email address and password you create as it will be associated with your old credentials.
Please use your previous login credentials with Push and you can toggle between Companies. If you do not remember, you can simply reset your password!
Please note that all passwords created will need to meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of eight characters
- One capital letter (A-Z)
- One lower case letter (a-z)
- One number (0-9)
- One special symbol (example: $/#&*!)
If the above requirements are not met, the password cannot be saved successfully and will be invalid.
Depending on the user settings on the account, our automated email may end up in your Spam and/or Junk folder.
