Question
- How can I as an employee update my password to my Push account?
Environment:
- Push Web App
Answer
If you do not remember your password, please click here to begin the process:
Please note that all passwords created will need to meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of eight characters
- One capital letter (A-Z)
- One lower case letter (a-z)
- One number (0-9)
- One special symbol (example: $/#&*!)
If the above requirements are not met, the password cannot be saved successfully and will be invalid.
Depending on the user settings on the account, our automated email may end up in your Spam and/or Junk folder.
If you are having troubles resetting your password, please contact your current/former employer to assist you.
Additional Information
If you have used Push with a previous Company and you received a Welcome Email with a new Company, please use your previous login credentials. If you do not remember, please follow the steps above to reset your password.
Please note, that if you are a former employee to a Company that uses Push, you will only be able to access your Push account on the Push Web App and you will not have access to the Push Employee app.
If you do not have access to a desktop and require information from your account, please reach out to your current/former employer to assist you.
If the Company is no longer using Push, you will not have access to login to your Push account even after resetting your password. Please contact your current/former employer to assist you, as Push is not authorized to make changes to our clients accounts by the request of an employee.
