If you are having trouble clocking in on the employee app, you may have location services turned off.
Please ensure that the location services for both your mobile device and the app are turned on.
To ensure that your locations are turned on:
Android:
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Connections on the top of the left hand navigation bar.
- Make sure your location button is toggled on. We recommend using the "High Accuracy" locating method.
- Next, go to "Apps" on the left hand navigation bar.
- Look for Push Scheduler, and tap the app to access its permissions.
- Scroll down to app settings, and under the Permissions heading, make sure the location is toggled on.
Apple:
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Privacy
- Make sure you have the Location Services button toggled on.
- Next, scroll down and tap on PushScheduler
- Here you have two options when allowing Location Access: While Using the App or Always.
- Please make sure you have one or the other marked.
