Process:
How to add a Note:
- Click the Employees tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, select the appropriate Employee List: Active, Pending, On Leave, or Inactive
- Under Search, input the employees name
- Under Edit, click the Pencil icon that corresponds with the employee
- On the left hand navigation bar, click Notes
- Under Notes, click the White Box to input any internal comments or information necessary
- Once done, click Add Note
How to edit a Note:
- Click the Employees tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, select the appropriate Employee List: Active, Pending, On Leave, or Inactive
- Under Search, input the employees name
- Under Edit, click the Pencil icon that corresponds with the employee
- On the left hand navigation bar, click Notes
- Under Action, click the Pencil icon that corresponds with a note
- Click the White Box and input the necessary information
- Once done, click Update Note
How to delete a Note:
- Click the Employees tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, select the appropriate Employee List: Active, Pending, On Leave, or Inactive
- Under Search, input the employees name
- Under Edit, click the Pencil icon that corresponds with the employee
- On the left hand navigation bar, click Notes
- Under Action, click the Garbage Can icon that corresponds with a note
- Under the box prompt, click Yes
Additional Information
Employee Notes will assist the Company with adding any internal information, such as sick days, employee performance, reason for an adjustment to their vacation, and so forth. Any notes inputted are all internal comments that are not accessible to employees.
To view a Report with all the employee notes for a time frame, we recommend the Employee Notes Report.
Please note, that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions will be able to access Notes.
