Environment:
- Push Manager App
Process:
Edit an existing shift's details:
- Open the Push Manager App and enter your login credentials using your Email Address and Password associated with your account
- On the top left corner, tap the three stripes or swipe right

In the drop-down menu, tap Daily Schedule
- In the Calendar, swipe Left or Right on the calendar to change the month and/or tap on the specific day you wish to adjust a shift for
- If you wish to filter which shifts you are seeing by Department or Position, please refer to this article:
- Under the Calendar, a list of scheduled shifts will be listed; tap the Right-Facing Arrow icon that corresponds with an employee shift you wish to adjust
- The page will refresh to a section titled Edit Shift
- Under Position, tap the Right-Facing Arrow icon and adjust the assigned Position if applicable

Under Employee, tap the Right-Facing Arrow icon and adjust the assigned employee if applicable
- The employees listed will be categorized based on whether they are available to work, already working, or unavailable
- Under Tag, tap the Right-Facing Arrow icon and adjust the assigned Tag if applicable
- Under Schedule Preset, tap the Right-Facing Arrow icon and adjust the assigned Preset if applicable
- Under Start, tap the Right-Facing Arrow icon and adjust the start time of the shift if applicable
- If a Schedule Preset is selected, the Start Time will automatically pre-fill with the necessary information

Under End, tap the Right-Facing Arrow icon and adjust the end time of the shift if applicable
- If a Schedule Preset is selected, the End Time will automatically pre-fill with the necessary information
- Under Add Comments..., tap the box and adjust any details if applicable
- Note that this will be available to the employee to view
- Once done, in the top right-hand corner, tap Confirm
- The page will refresh back to the Daily Schedule (Step 4) and the Shift has been updated!
Delete a shift:
- Open the Push Manager App and enter your login credentials using your Email Address and Password associated with your account
- On the top left corner, tap the three stripes or swipe right

In the drop-down menu, tap Daily Schedule
- In the Calendar, swipe Left or Right on the calendar to change the month and/or tap on the specific day you wish to adjust a shift for
- If you wish to filter which shifts you are seeing by Department or Position, please refer to this article:
- Under the Calendar, a list of scheduled shifts will be listed; tap the Right-Facing Arrow icon that corresponds with an employees shift you wish to remove
- The page will refresh to a section titled Edit Shift
- Tap Delete Shift
- A pop up titled Confirm will appear, tap Delete
- The page will refresh back to the Daily Schedule (Step 4) and the Shift has been deleted!
Additional Information
Administrators can adjust shifts from a desktop or mobile device when logged into the Push Manager app. Simply select the shift you wish to modify or add and fill in the necessary information. This allows you to quickly make changes without needing to navigate through multiple screens.
Please note that only Super Administrators or Team Administrators with permission to View/Update the Scheduler by Position(s) will be able to view and filter the shifts under the Daily View from the Push Manager app.
