Goal
- How to filter the shifts I see in the Daily Schedule by a specific Position from a mobile device
- How to adjust the Daily Schedule to only show scheduled shifts for my Department on the Manage app
Environment:
- Push Manager App
Process:
- Open the Push Manager App and enter your login credentials using your Email Address and Password associated with your account
- On the top left corner, tap the three stripes or swipe right

In the drop-down menu, tap Daily Schedule
- In the top right-hand corner, tap the Filter icon
- A pop-up will appear titled Filters
- Under Visibility: Departments, tap the Right-Facing Arrow icon to select the specific Department(s) you wish to filter the Schedule by if applicable
- Under Visibility: Positions, tap the Right-Facing Arrow icon to select the specific Positions(s) you wish to filter the Schedule by if applicable
- Under Order: Sort By, tap the Right-Facing Arrow icon and select either Position or Start Time to adjust the order shifts are listed if applicable
Additional Information
Administrators can adjust shifts from a desktop or mobile device when logged into the Push Manager app. Simply select the shift you wish to modify or add and fill in the necessary information. This allows you to quickly make changes without needing to navigate through multiple screens.
Please note that only Super Administrators or Team Administrators with permission to Update the Scheduler by Position(s) will be able to update shifts from the Push Manager app.
