How To Contact Mineral HR Support

Goal

  • How to access Mineral HR from your Push/KayaPush account

Environment:

  • Push Web App & Mineral HR

Process:

  1. In the top right-hand corner, click the Company name
  2. In the drop-down menu, click Company Setup 
  3. On the left-hand navigation bar, click POS/Integrations 
  4. Under Mineral, click Login To Mineral 
  5. Once completed, a new tab will open to redirect you to Mineral HR's Dashboard
  6. In the Mineral HR Dashboard on the bottom left side, click Get Help
  7. In the pop-up menu, click Contact Technical Support
  8. The page will load to Technical Support
  9. Under What Questions Or Issues Do You Have, input the specific question or necessary  information 
  10. Click Attach A File if you wish to attach a document if needed
  11. Click Edit Contact Info to update your email address if needed
  12. Once done, click Submit Question
  13. The page will refresh, and an agent from Mineral HR Support will be in contact!

Please note that the Mineral HR integration is only available for accounts located in the USA and have purchased the HR+ Add-On.
