How To Access A Compliance Expert From Mineral HR

Goal

• How to access Mineral HR from your Push/KayaPush account

Environment:

• Push Web App & Mineral HR

Process:

1. In the top right-hand corner, click the Company name
2. In the drop-down menu, click Company Setup 
3. On the left-hand navigation bar, click POS/Integrations 
4. Under Mineral, click Login To Mineral 
5. Once completed, a new tab will open to redirect you to Mineral HR's Dashboard
6. In the Mineral HR Dashboard on the left side, click the Push Logo 
7. The page will load to My Dashboard 
8. Scroll down to the section called Contact Experts
9. The Contact Experts section will list the phone number available for you to connect with an expert!

Please note that the Mineral HR integration is only available for accounts located in the USA and have purchased the HR+ Add-On.
