Additional Information
Employees who voluntarily waive their break will sign these waiver forms when they clock out at the end of their shift. Note that Break Waivers is only available on the Push Time app.
You will have the ability to update or delete these Break Waivers when needed. Note that once you delete a Waiver, you cannot bring it back into your account.
If your employees sign a yearly waiver and do not require signing a transactional waiver each time, we recommend creating a Form for this waiver so employees can complete it during one of the following: Employee Onboarding, HR Employee Task, or a form submission via the Push Time app.
Once an employee completes the Waiver Form, you can enable it under their Employee Profile: Upload Files - Pre-signed Break Waiver Setup so the system does not trigger the transactional waiver. To learn more about this process, please navigate to How To Assign A Completed Yearly Break Waiver To An Employee
Push Support cannot advise or adjust any break setup in the account. If you are in a US State with regulated breaks, we strongly recommend contacting an attorney who works on Labour Laws to ensure you follow the most up-to-date regulations.
Please note that only Super Administrators can change the Break Waivers Setup.
The Break Compliance feature is currently available on the Premium Subscription.
If you do not have this feature and are interested, don't hesitate to get in touch with Push Support at support@pushoperations.com to connect you with the relevant team.
