If A Manager Schedules Over The Forecasted Amounts, Will I Be Notified?

• Is there a notification for when the schedule goes over the forecasted amount?

Answer

Currently, there's no notification for when the Schedule goes over the forecasted amounts. Under the Scheduler when you filter Costs, under each of the Positions you will see the breakdown of the total costs, budget, hours, etc.

Above this section for each day, you will see 0/0 if you have not gone over the forecasted amount. If you have scheduled over the forecasted amount, you will see the section turn red and will notify you of how many shifts are over (i.e. 1/0 or 3/0).

You will need to either go to Schedule Presets in the Sales Tab to update the budget or update your Schedule based on the sales.

Additional Information

If you would like to set up real-time notification of when the labour passes the sales threshold, this will be located under Alarms: Labour vs Sales Threshold. 

Please note, that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to view/update the Scheduler will be able to see the warning box when the labour passes the forecasted amounts.
