How To Add Employee Tips To Payroll

Goal

Environment:

  • Push Web App

Process:

  1. Click Payroll at the top of the screen 
  2. On the left-hand side of the screen, click Earnings and Deductions 
  3. Click Select a Preset
  4. In the list, pick Tips and Gratuities 
  5. Select the Frequency if it is just this payroll, then choose One-Time 
  6. Under Date, choose your the Current Payroll Date 
  7. Look for the Employee Information: Earning and Deductions box
  8. Click the Select Employee dropdown and locate the employee who needs tips added
  9. In the Amount input, the total tip amount
  10. If you need to add additional employee tips, click Add Row and repeat Steps 8 &9 
  11. Once you have added all Employees, click Submit Earnings and Deductions 

Additional Information

If you do not have an option to add Tips and Gratuities, you will need to contact Push Support on support@pushoperations.com to have the preset added.
