Yes, it is possible to segment the profit centers by the time of day when you are setting the Profit Center up input the start time under Start and end time under End; when you are setting up your tip automation functionality you will need to create multiple Sales Tips Rules to ensure the tips are being distributed correctly 

Additional Information

Only Super Administrators have the ability to create a Profit Center and set up Tip Settings. Tip Automation and Profit Centers are only available on Push's Premium Plan.
