- The sales forecast is not showing properly, how do I resync this information?
Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
- In the top right-hand corner, click Company Setup
- On the left-hand navigation bar, click Profit Centers
- Under Profit Centers, click Re-summarize
- In the pop-up, click Start and End to select the relevant dates that you wish to recalculate the sales forecast for
- Once done, click Calculate
Additional Information
Suppose the sales forecast is not showing or is incorrectly calculated for a time frame. In that case, we recommend ensuring your POS integration is still syncing and that you resummarize the data under Profit Centers.
For example, if you are missing this current week’s sales forecast, you would select the date range of this month and also the same date range for last year’s date as your sales forecast is based on the same week of last year’s sales.
Once you have completed the steps above, it may take up to 10-15 mins for the system to re-summarize the sales. You will be able to use different features in your account as this is completed. Once this is completed, you can return to your Scheduler to review the update to your sales forecast.

Please note that only Super Administrators have access to make changes to Profit Centers.
