- How to assign which employees are associated with a Leave Management Policy
Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
- Please ensure that the steps in the article How To Add A New Leave Management Policy have been completed
- Please ensure that the steps in the article How To Add Milestones To Brand A Leave Management Policy have been completed if applicable
- After clicking Save & Continue, the page will load to Step 3: Add Employees
- Under Add Employees, a list of all employees in your account will be listed (Active, On Leave, Inactive, and Pending)
- To filter which employees are listed, select either of the following if applicable:
- Under Filter By Name, click Type A Name and input the specific name of an employee to filter the list of employees
- Under Filter By Position, click the drop-down menu and select either All Positions or the relevant Position to filter the list of employees
- Under Filter By Status, click the drop-down menu and select either All Statuses, Active, Inactive, or Pending to filter the list of employees
- Based on the employee listed, click Add To Policy that corresponds with specific Employee(s) or click Add All Employees on the right side to select everyone
- Once done, click Save & Continue
- The page will refresh to the setup of the new Leave Management Policy and will state Policy Created!
Additional Information
Users are able to add employees to Leave Management Policies from either the main Leave Management tab located under Company Setup or under a specific Employee Profile under Balances Setup.
The Leave Management module is exclusive to our Premium Subscription and will assist you with accruing different policies for employees or assigning a certain amount of hours.
Please note that only Super Administrators have access to make changes to Policies under Leave Management. While Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to Employee Balances under Employee Setup based on Group permissions can add a policy from Leave Management to an Employee Profile.
The Leave Management feature is currently available on the Premium Subscription or Pro Subscription with the Leave Management Add-On. In addition, Leave Management requires the Payroll Add On.
