Additional Information

Please ensure that a member of the Push Team has set up the BC Sick Pay auto-calculation in your account before completing the steps above.

If you are unsure, please contact the Push Support Team at support@pushoperations.com to best assist with reviewing your account.

If the feature has not been set up accordingly, the system will not calculate an average day's pay for the employees whose time off requests have been approved.

Once the Policy has been set up, you may run an empty Off Run to frontload the balance for your employees to have access right away. Or you can wait until you process your next pyaorll for the balances to be available to your employees.

Once a time off request is approved, the system will create an automatic Earning and Deduction entry that will calculate an average day's pay and automatically adjust the balance to track the days taken.

Please note that only Super Administrators have access to make changes to Leave Management.
