Issue
- I have employees with a reset date of January 1st, but it still needs to reset, why?

Resolution
For a balance under leave management, either a Payroll or Off Run needs to be run. Leave Management is conditional on payroll is run. If you set a reset date for either the Calendar Year, a Date or the Employee Anniversary, it will only reset after the payroll immediately after that date is run.
Additional Information
We'd also recommend double-checking that the Policy is set up correctly with the desired frequencies for the reset. Also, make sure the employee is still included in the balance. If an employee is removed from a balance and the reset date passes, the balance does not reset.
