- How to add back an employee that was on a leave of absence
- How to add back an previous employee that used to be with the Company in Push
Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
- Click the Employees tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, select the appropriate Employee List: On Leave or Inactive
- Under Search, input the name of the specific employee
- Click the Circle Arrow Icon pointing left under the Edit column that corresponds with the employee
- click Yes in the Confirmation pop up
- For Select Employees, the specific employee that you wish to reactivate will be listed
- For Re-hire Date (for all), click the box to select the appropriate date
- For Previous Positions, check/uncheck the box to Reactivate hourly employees' last current position(s)
- Once completed, click Activate Employees
- Page will refresh and say Success in a Green bar
Additional Information
For Salaried employees that are reactivated, you will need to go the Employee Profile and manually edit their Position and Salary to be active.
If you need to reactivate more than one employee, we recommend using Bulk Activate to complete this process.
If you have accidentally deleted an employee from your Inactive/On Leave Employee list, please email our Support team at support@pushoperations.com with the Company name and the employees First and Last
Please note, that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions will be able to make these changes.
