How To Access The Payroll Journals Entries

Goal

Environment:

  • Push Web App

Process:

From the Reports tab:

  1. Click the Reports tab
  2. Under Report type, click the drop down menu and select Journal Entries
  3. Under Pay Run Date, click the drop-down menu and select the relevant pay period 
  4. Once done, click Generate 
  5. The page will refresh to the Journal Entries Report!

From the Payroll tab:

  1. Click the Payroll tab 
  2. On the left-hand navigation bar, click Payrun History 
  3. Under Payrun History: Reports, click Journal that corresponds with the specific pay period
  4. The page will refresh to the Journal Entries Report!

Additional Information

Please note that the Journal Entries can be accessed by Super Administrators and Team Administrators with certain permissions.
