Why am I getting A "Username Already Exists" Error When Adding A New Administrator?

Question

  • Does Push have a list of existing Administrator Usernames?

Environment:

  • Push Web App

Answer

If you are receiving this error, it is due to the same email address that you are trying to use on the new administrator account, is already associated with another administrator account.

If you can't find the email address on the Administrator list, please check the Inactive Administrator list.

Additional Information

If you do not want to reactivate the Inactive Administrator, we recommend editing the email address to something else in order for you to create a new Administrator with the same email address.

Please note that only Super Administrators have access to the full list of Active and Inactive Administrators
