Under Administrator Settings, these are the permission that a Team Administrators may require to view and update information in an Employee Profile.

Create Employee: Can a Team Administrator add an Employee Profile

Employee Basic Info: Can a Team Administrator view and/or update an Employees First Name, Last Name, Preferred First Name, Preferred Last Name, Email address, Birthday, Phone Number, and Alternative Phone Number in an Employee Profile

Additional Information
The specific employee information a Team Administrators can view and update in an Employee Profile is also based on the Group permissions under the following:
- Update Employee Information: (Update permissions based on employee setup)
- View Employee Information: (View permissions based on employee setup)
- View Employee List: (Employee groups that will be visible on timesheets & employee lists)
The Create Employee permission allows a Team Administrator to add an employee profile manually, it does not allow them to invite an employee to complete Employee Onboarding.
The Create Team Administrator feature only grants other Team Administrator permissions that are the same or less than their own.
Please note, that only Super Administrators or Team Administrators with permissions to Create Team Administrators will have access to make changes based on their permissions.
