How To Generate The Balances Report

Goal

Environment:

  • Push Web App

Process:

  1. Click the Reports tab
  2. Under Departments, click the white box and select specific Departments or Leave Blank for all
  3. Under Positions, click the white box and select specific Positions or Leave Blank for all
  4. Under Payrun Date, click the drop down and select the specific payrun
  5. Once done, click Generate

Additional Information

The Balances Report is based on pay runs and can be used to see time off balance hours and dollar amounts as part of the Leave Management System. This report contains leave balance information, including the total hours earned for each specified balance, the total hours taken, the total amount taken, and the balance hours (including the opening hours).

Please note, that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to the Balances Report will be able to generate this report.

Leave Management is part of the Push Premium subscription.
