- How to generate the Employee Payroll Summary Report
- Push Web App
- Click the Reports tab
- Under Report type, select Employee Payroll Summary
- Select a Start and End Pay Date
- Under Employees you can either select particular employees or leave the Employees field blank
- Click Generate
This report runs by Pay Date range and provides Employee Earnings, Earnings Hours, and Deductions totals as well as break downs.
You can refer to the Pay Run Schedule to determine the Pay Dates.
You can export the report to Excel by clicking the "Export to Excel" button under the report name once the report has been generated.
Once you've generated the report you can filter the results further within the report.
Only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with access to the Run Payroll permission will have access to this report.
