How To Update Personal Information In The Push Employee App

Goal

  • How to update my employee information in Push

Environment:

  • Push Employee App

Process:

  1. Open the Push Employee App and enter your login credentials using your Email Address and Password associated with your Push account
  2. On the top left corner click the three stripes
  3. In the drop down menu, click the Right Arrow that corresponds with your Name
  4. Click Manage Your Profile
  5.  On the top right side, click Edit
  6. Under Personal: First Name, input your preferred first name if applicable
  7. Under Personal: Last Name, input your preferred last name if applicable
  8. Under Birthday, input your date of birth if applicable
  9. Under Phone, input your direct phone number if applicable
  10. Under Alt Phone, input your alternative phone if applicable
  11. Under SIN/SSN, input your SIN/SSN if applicable
  12. Under Address, input your home address if applicable
  13. Under Unit, input the unit number if applicable
  14. Under City, input the city you reside in if applicable
  15. Under Country, click the Left Arrow and select either Canada or USA if applicable
  16. Under Province/State, click the Left Arrow and select the specific Province/State if applicable
  17. Under Legal: First Name, input your legal first name if applicable
  18. Under Legal: Last Name, input your legal last name if applicable
  19. Under Emergency Contacts, follow the steps in this article on how to update
  20. Once done, on the top right corner click Save

Additional Information

Employees can update limited personal information on the Push Web app and the Push Employee app. 

If you follow these steps and do not see the ability to edit some of your personal information in your account, please reach out to your employer/direct manager directly to best assist you.
