- How to filter the different Job Postings
- How to only view specific Job Postings
Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
Filter specific Job Postings:
- Click the Applicant Tracking tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, click Job Dashboard
- Under Search, input the necessary information to filter the Job Postings
- Under Filter, click the Three Lines icon and adjust the following:
- Under Status, click the the drop down menu and select either: Draft, Published, Paused, Closed, or any unique Statuses
- Under Created At, click Select a Date in the appropriate boxes to input a Start and End Date
- Once done, click either: Clear All Filters, Cancel, or Apply
- To the left of Actions click the White Box(s) that corresponds with the Job Posting(s) to Bulk Update the Status or to Delete
Filter specific Applicants:
- Click the Applicant Tracking tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, click Job Dashboard
- Under Actions, click the three person icon
- The page will refresh to the Candidate Dashboard that has pre-filtered the Candidates/Applicants associated with this Job Posting
Additional Information
The Job Dashboard will assist your Company and team with reviewing the different Job Posting that available on the Candidate Dashboard for applicants to fill out. The different filter options of the dashboard will assist you with breaking don the different Job Postings that have been applied to, to assist you with beginning the process of reviewing the Candidates.
Please note, that by deleting Job Postings will remove them any history associated. We recommend that if you no longer require a Posting, to update the Status to Unpublished or Closed.
If your Push account is location layered, you will also be able to filter the Job Postings by location to assist your team with streamlining the Job Postings.
Please note that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to either View/Update/Create will be able to access the Job Dashboard.
