How To Deactivate An Administrator

Goal

• How to remove access to an old Administrator profile

Environment:

• Push Web App

Process:

1. Click the Company Name in the top right hand corner
2. In the drop down menu, click Company Setup
3. On the left hand Navigation bar, click Administrators
4. Under Edit, click the Garbage Can icon that corresponds with the Administrator
5. Click OK to confirm the deactivation and you're done!

Additional Information

Please note that only Super Administrators are able to deactivate both Super and Team Administrators. While Team Administrators with permissions to Deactivate Team Admins are only able to deactivate Team Administrators.
