How To Reactivate An Administrator

Goal

• How to give back access to an old Administrator profile

Environment:

• Push Web App

Process:

1. Click the Company Name in the top right hand corner
2. Click Company Setup
3. In the left hand Navigation bar, click Inactive Administrators
4. Find the name of the Administrator and click the Circle Arrow icon under the Edit column
5. Click OK to confirm the reactivation and you're done

Additional Information

Please note that only Super Administrators are able to reactivate Super and Team Administrators.
