How To Request A Deleted Employee Profile To Be Reinstated

Goal

  • How to find a profile that used to exist in Push but cannot locate in any Employee List

Environment:

  • Push Web App

Process:

  1. Contact Push Support by email at support@pushoperations.com
  2. Please title the email Reinstate Deleted Profile
  3. Please provide the Company name, the employee(s), first and last name, the email associated with the profile

Additional Information

You may not realize that a profile has been deleted until you are trying to create/update a new employee profile and you are receiving a duplication error. Once reinstated, you will need to set the other profile to default information and delete it. 

Please note that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions will be able request a profile to be reinstated.
