- Please title the email Reinstate Deleted Profile
- Please provide the Company name, the employee(s), first and last name, the email associated with the profile
You may not realize that a profile has been deleted until you are trying to create/update a new employee profile and you are receiving a duplication error. Once reinstated, you will need to set the other profile to default information and delete it.
Please note that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions will be able request a profile to be reinstated.
