Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
- Click the Employees tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, select an Employee List: Active, Pending, On Leave, or, Inactive
- Under Search, input the name of the employee
- Under Edit, click the Calendar icon
- Scroll to the box Custom Availability to review the list of Time Off Requests
- Under Actions, click Reject that corresponds with the approved Time Off Request to delete
Additional Information
Once you have rejected the entry, the page will refresh and you will be taken to the Shift Approvals page. To view all requests that you have approved or rejected for all employees, scroll down to Vacation and Payout Requests and click Search Custom Dates.
From here, select a date range of time off requests that you wish to view, and you will be able to see past approved and rejected time off and custom availability requests for all employees. You can also change the status of approved or rejected time off requests here, but it will show all employee requests.
Please note, that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to View/Update the Scheduler will be able to delete approved Time Off Requests.
