Goal
- How to see my T4/W-2 in my Push account
Environment:
- Push Web App
- Push Employee app
Process:
Push Web App:
- Login to your Push Account on a desktop
- Click My Files
- Click the Eye icon under View File that corresponds with the T4/W-2 to view/print the file
- Click on the Paper icon under Download File that corresponds with the T4/W-2 file to download automatically
Push Employee App:
- Open the Push Employee App and enter your login credentials using your Email Address and Password associated with your Push account
- On the top left corner, click the three stripes to view the drop-down menu
- Click My Files
- Tap on the file named T4/W-2 and click Download
Additional Information
If you do not have access to a desktop, please ask your current or former employer to help you provide a copy of your T4/W-2.
Current and former employees will be able to access their T4s or W-2s from the Push Employee app.
T4s will be available to employees in their My CRA account 3-4 days after they have been uploaded to their Push account.
If you review your T4/W-2 and the information is incorrect (e.g., SIN or SNN), please contact your current or former employer for assistance, as Push is not authorized to make these types of changes.
If the Company is no longer using Push, you will not have access to log in to your Push account. Please contact your current or former employer to assist you, as Push is not authorized to mail or email out T4s/W-2s.
If you do not know your login credentials, please contact your employer, as Push is not authorized to disclose this information.

I seem to have this problem every year....impossible to find the T4's.
