*Please note: only Super Administrators have the permissions to create custom summary fields.
- Go to the "Logbook" tab.
- At the top right hand corner of the screen, select "Show Sidebar."
- Once the side bar opens, select "Customize Summary Fields."
- Once the pop up opens, fill in the field name, and select the field type. Number can be used for guests, VIPs, etc. Currency can be used for sales, promos, etc.
- Once you've filled in the necessary fields, select "Add Field."
Please note: once you've successfully added a Summary Field, you will only be able to edit the field name but not the field type (number and currency).
