How to Create Custom Summary Fields

*Please note: only Super Administrators have the permissions to create custom summary fields.

  1. Go to the Logbook tab
  2. At the top right hand corner of the screen, select Show Sidebar
  3. Once the side bar opens, select Customize Summary Fields
  4. Once the pop up opens, fill in the Field Name, and Add Field type (Number can be used for guests, VIPs, etc. Currency can be used for sales, promos, etc.)
  5. Once you've filled in the necessary fields, select Add Field

    Please note: once you've successfully added a Summary Field, you will only be able to edit the field name but not the field type (number and currency).
