How To Add Clock Entries On The Push Manager App

Goal

  • To Add Clock Entries via the Manager App

Environment:

  • Push Manager App

Process:

  1. Click the 3 stacked bars on the top left corner of the screen (or swipe right)
  2. Click Clock Approvals

  3. Click the Plus Icon on the top left corner

  4. Select the Employee Name, swipe up and down to toggle between the names.
  5. Click Next
  6. For Status:
    1. Select Working to only add a Clock In time, or
    2. Select Complete to add both Clock In and Clock Out times
  7. Select a Position, if an employee has more than one positions
  8. Add the Clock In and Clock Out Dates and Time accordingly
  9. Type in the Clock In and Clock Out Employee Comments if there is any
  10. Type in a Manager Comment if need be
  11. Click Add Clock Entry button to Save and Approve

Additional Information

When adding a Clock Entry with a time in the future (i.e. adding a clock-out time ahead of time), a warning will pop-up). Please click Confirm to complete.

Please note, that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permissions to the Employee's Schedule would be able to follow the process above.
