- How to modify click entries via the Manager app
Environment:
- Push Manager App
Process:
How to edit clock entries:
- Open the Push Manager App and enter your login credentials using your Email Address and Password associated with your Push account
- On the top left corner click the three stripes or swipe right

In the drop-down menu, click Clock Approvals

Click the Pencil icon that corresponds with the Clock Entry
- Under Position, click the Right Arrow icon and select from the drop down menu the updated Position if applicable
- Under Clock In, click the Right Arrow icon and select the updated Date and Time
- Under Clock Out, click the Right Arrow icon and select the updated Date and Time
- Under Break Minutes, click 0 to input the total updated time
- Under Manager Comments, click Enter Reason For Change to input a comment if required
- Once done, click Approved
How to delete clock entries:
- Open the Push Manager App and enter your login credentials using your Email Address and Password associated with your Push account
- On the top left corner click the three stripes or swipe right

In the drop-down menu, click Clock Approvals
- Under Clock Approvals, click the Garbage Can icon that corresponds with the Clock Entry
- Under Delete Clock, click Delete
Additional Information
Not all Clock Entries would be automatically Approved, Unapproved ones would need to be reviewed due to discrepancies in the Clock-in or Clock-out times or Employee Comments.
If an employee has clocked in as the wrong position, missed clocking in or out, or accidentally clocked out, you can make the adjustments here.
You can filter Clock Approvals using a wide variety of search parameters: Departments, Positions, Status of a Clock Entry, and Dates in the Push Manager App.
You will need to ensure that all clocks are approved with the correct Position and hours (marked as Approved in green) as the hours approved will be what is used in payroll.
You are not able to make any changes to Clock Entries for dates that have already been approved in a payroll. If you have unapproved clock entries that you wish to be deleted, please contact Push Support at support@pushoperations.com.
Please note, that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permission to View/Update Clock Approvals by Position will be able to access this information.
