Compliance Support
This section outlines the core pay rule automations and labor standards compliance support features available in your account. These features help you stay compliant with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) - a federal law that sets minimum wage, overtime pay, recordkeeping, and child labor standards affecting most full-time and part-time workers in the private sector and in Federal, State, and local governments.

Holiday Pay | Push can automatically calculate premium pay (an additional 50% of the regular rate) for hours worked on holidays that your company designates. This feature requires you to select your company's paid holidays within the Push platform. |
