If a payroll or off-run is run after the deadline for the Push Payments Team to process for the set payday, Push will inform you of the updated payday before you approve.
For example, if you forgot to run your payroll and the payday was today. When running your payroll, you will receive a pop-up message informing you that the payday has changed to the next available business day.
This allows you to determine if you would like to proceed with Direct Deposit on the updated payday or go back and change the payment method to Company Issues Cheque.
If you run payroll or off-run after the deadline and wish to inquire if the payday can be earlier. Please contact the Push Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once Push Support receives this request, we will contact our Payments Team for more information. The pay date will not change to Saturday or Sunday for direct deposit, as the Push Payments Team only processes payrolls Monday - Friday.
The payday can be changed to Saturday or Sunday if the payment method used is Company Issued Cheque. The Push Payments Team will need to know which date to update to if required.
Pleas note, only Super and Team Administrators with permission to Run Payroll will receive this pop-up message.
