How To Edit The Inactive Date After Deactivating An Employee Profile

Goal

  • How to change the Inactive Date on an Employee Profile

Environment:

  • Push Web App

Process:

  1.  Click the Employees tab
  2. On the left hand navigation bar, select the appropriate Employee List: On Leave or Inactive
  3.  Under Search, input the name of the employee 
  4. Click the Pencil Icon under the Edit column that corresponds with the employee
  5. Scroll down to the Employment Details section and under Inactive Date, input the correct date
  6. Once completed, click update Employee

Additional Information

You are not able to adjust the Inactive Date to a date that is before the Hire Date. 

Please note that Super Administrators and Team Administrator with permissions to View/Update Employee Information will only be able to edit the Inactive Date.
