- How to review answers from employees that answered surveys while clocking in/out
Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
- Click the Reports tab
- Under Report Type, click the drop down menu and select Clock Survey Responses Report
- Under Start Date, input the appropriate date
- Under End Date, input the appropriate date
- Under Survey, click the drop down menu and select the appropriate Survey
- Once completed, click Generate
Additional Information
Once the report loads, you will be able to view the answers of the employees who have clocked in / out for the selected date.
You can filter the report by selecting the gear icon next to the top right of each table item. You can filter the report responses by a particular question, position, employees or date. Once you have chosen your filter hit the apply button to view the results.
There are 3 different Report Types within the Clock Survey Response Report:
- Clock Survey Responses,: Default view that list the responses, position, employees, and date.
- Temperature by Employees: Shows the average temperature of all employees over time.
- Hover over the report to see that specific temperature on the date.
- You can filter using the gear icon to see an individual or set of individual's average temperature by date.
- Important: The question must be set up as a temperature question in order to filter properly into the report.
- Temperature by Positions: Shows the average temperature of positions over time.
- Hover over the report to see that specific temperature on the date.
- You can filter using the gear icons to see one position average over time.
You can also export any view or print the report directly from the page. It's important to be careful with private information that is exported.
Please note that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators that have the Report Permissions for Clock Survey Response Report will be able to review this information.
