Yes, your account will need to be on our Premium Subscription to utilize this feature.

Can I make edits to the schedule after using the Auto Scheduling feature?
Yes, you will be able to make regular changes to the schedule like removing, adding, and dragging and dropping shift after using the Auto Scheduler feature.

Will you still need to manually publish the schedule?
Yes, you will still need to publish the schedule.

How will the Auto Scheduler know how many days an employee wishes to work?
The Auto Scheduler will assign shifts based on the employee's availability. To ensure that the employee is only assigned their desired amount of workdays, make sure they fill out their availability.

Can the forecasting presets in the Sales tab be used to auto schedule?
At the time, no. The Auto Scheduler is currently only scheduling based on schedule presets, not sales forecast schedule presets.

Is there any way to rank employees based on seniority?
Yes, you can assign a priority employee to a Schedule Preset. Other employees who are able to be assigned the shift but is not the most senior person, can be added as preferred employees.

Is there an option to add more than one priority employee?
At the time, no. You can only add one priority employee but you can add multiple preferred employees.

Can you copy the schedule created by the Auto Scheduler to the next week?
Yes, you'll be able to copy your automated schedule week to week or by custom date range.

Will the Auto Scheduler be able to account for employees working two days in a row or granting two days off?
At the time, the Auto Scheduler does not have this capability. However, you will still have the ability to move shifts after the auto-scheduling function has been used. As this is our first version, we will be taking all feedback and look into adding new features to our updated version(s).

Is there a possibility of Auto Scheduler knowing the difference between an on-call shift and a hard scheduled shift or acknowledge when an employee has closed one shift there not open the next day?
At the time, the Auto Scheduler does not have this capability. However, you will still have the ability to move shifts after the auto-scheduling function has been used. As this is our first version, we will be taking all feedback and look into adding new features to our updated version(s).

For employees who don't normally work a weekend but are available by request only on those days, is there a way for these shifts to be auto-scheduled?
Yes! As their custom time-off request is requested and approved, the Auto Scheduler will take their availability into account.
