How To Give Team Administrators Permissions To Deactivate Other Team Administrators

Goal

  • How to allow other team members to disable other team members
  • How to allow other admins to deactivate other admins

Environment:

  • Push Web App

Process:

  1. Click the Company Name in the top right hand corner
  2. In the drop down menu, click Company Setup
  3. On the left hand Navigation bar, click Administrators
  4. Click the Pencil Icon under Edit that corresponds with the Team Administrator
  5. Scroll down to Administrator Settings 
  6. Check the Box that corresponds with Deactivate Team Admins
  7. Once completed, click Update Administrator

Additional Information

Please note that only Super Administrators are able to deactivate both Super and Team Administrators. While Team Administrators with permissions to Deactivate Team Admins are only able to deactivate Team Administrators.
