- Every time I try to create an Off Run, I receive an error message; why?

You may encounter the error message "access denied" when attempting to create an Off Run because a previous run that was processed using the same dates may have occurred.
For example, if you have a reversal run for the date of 2023-09-21 and a regular off-run for 2023-09-20, this will cause the error message to populate. The date in the new Off Run must be changed to a date that isn't a previous date used.
Additional Information
Off Runs are used to pay employees outside of the normal payroll schedule. An Off Run may need to be processed if an employee has missing hours or requires payment before the next pay period.
Please note that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permission to Run Payroll can process an Off Run.
