Additional Information
Employee attributes that are set up as a Date Type gives the option to create an Alarm for your team to be notified of its expiry. For example, if you are tracking a certificate (Serving It Right or Selling It Right), you can create a notification to ensure that your employee provides you with a new certificate prior to the expiry.
-
Probationary Date (Default): input the # of Notice Days which is the total amount of your probationary days
- i.e. input 90 days, and the alarm will be triggered 90 days after the Hire Date
-
Date of Hire (Default): input the # of Notice Days that you wish to be notified of
- i.e. input 15 days and the alarm will be triggered 15 days before the Hire Date
-
Birthday (Default): input the # of Notice Days before the employee's birthday
- i.e. input 10 days and the alarm will be triggered 10 days before the Birthday
Once saved, the Alarm will be under the Alarms List for you to edit or delete if necessary.
Please note that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permission to Alarms have the ability to setup Alarms.
