How To Set Up An Alarm When A Pending Employee Is Activated

Goal

  • How to be notified when someone activates a pending employee

Environment:

  • Push Web App

Process:

  1. Click the Company Name in the top right hand corner
  2. In the drop down menu, click Company Setup
  3. On the left hand Navigation bar, click Alarms
  4. Under Alarm Type, click the drop-down menu and select Activating Employees
  5. Under Recipients Email List, click the drop-down menu and select the specific Administrators/Emails
  6. Once done, click Submit

Additional Information

Once saved, the Alarm will be under the Alarms List for you to edit or delete if necessary. 

As soon as a team member activates a pending employee profile to the Active Employee List, the Administrator will receive an email.

The email notification will include the name of the employee that has been activated, the email address associated with the new employee, and a link to access your Push account for you to review.

The email addresses are based on the information inputted under each Administrator Profile. 

Please note that only Super Administrators and Team Administrators with permission to Alarms have the ability to setup Alarms. 

Pending Employees are part of digital employee onboarding that is part of our HR Add-On.
