- How to view Key Performance Indicators for an employee
- How to review an employees performance history with the Company
Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
- Click the Employees tab
- On the left hand navigation bar, click Employee Statistics
- Under Employee, click the drop down menu and select the specific Employee
- Under Start Date, click the White Box and input the date
- Under End Date, click the White Box and input the date
- Click Search
- Under Rating, you will be able to click up to 5 stars
- Under Key Performance Indicators, you will see a list of information to assist you with your rating
- Under Work History, you will see a list of information to assist you with your rating
Additional Information
You will be able to view key performance indicators like % of days worked vs days scheduled, % of late starts, etc.
Under Key Performance Indicators WTD (KPI), you'll be able to view the following information from your selected dates:
- Days Scheduled
- Days Worked
- Unscheduled Days Worked
- On Time
- Late to Work
- Early Leave
- Missed Shifts
- Missed Clockouts
- Break Violations
- Breaks Taken
- Breaks Waived
Under Work History, you'll be able to view the following information from your selected dates:
- Clocked in on time
- Clocked in late
- Clocked in and out for unscheduled work
- Clocked out early (leave early)
- Exceeded day difference (overtime)
For California Break Compliance, you can also use Employee Statistics to report on a specific employee's break information for KPI reporting and performance reviews.
Under KPI's, the following will be included:
- Break Violations
- Breaks Taken
The link in the number will take you to a clock summary of that employee's details filtered by one of the three report filters
Select Breaks Waived and it will take you to the employee's break waiver files section on their record..
Please note that only Super Administrators have access to Employee Statistics
