Goal
- How to allow my team to communicate through Chat
- How to enable the Chat feature in my account
- How to provide access to my team to send messages from the employee or manager apps
Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
- In the top right-hand corner, click the Company name
- In the drop-down menu, click Company Setup
- On the left-hand navigation bar, click Chat
- Under Chat, click Enable Chat
- The page will refresh, and a checkmark icon will appear next to Enable Chat!
Additional Information
Chat is an instant messaging platform for users to communicate through our mobile apps, the Push Employee and Push Manager apps!
Chat is currently available to users on the Premium Subscription.
Note that only Super Administrators have access to enable/disable the Chat feature in an account.
