- How to change my direct deposit information
- How to update the Payment Method listed in my Employee Profile
- I updated my bank account recently and need to change this in my Push account, how can I make this change?
Environment:
- Push Web App
Process:
Update Direct Deposit Details:
- Login to your Push Account on a desktop
- Click the My Summary tab
- On the right side, click Edit Employee
- On the left-hand navigation bar, click Direct Deposit or scroll down to the box Payroll Payment Method
- Under Bank Account 1, your current Bank Details will be listed
- Under Account Type, click the drop-down menu and select either Checking or Savings if applicable
- Under Financial Institution Name, input the new information if applicable
- Under Account Holder Name, input the new information if applicable
- Under Institution Number, input the new information if applicable
- Under Branch Number, input the new information if applicable
- Under Account Number, input the new information if applicable
- Once done, click Update Employee
Update to Cheque:
- Login to your Push Account on a desktop
- Click the My Summary tab
- On the right side, click Edit Employee
- On the left-hand navigation bar, click Direct Deposit or scroll down to the box Payroll Payment Method
- Under Bank Account 1, your current Bank Details will be listed
- Under Bank Account 1, click the drop-down menu and select either Push Issued Cheque or Company Issue Cheque if applicable
- Once done, click Update Employee
Additional Information
Employees can update their bank details on the Push Web app under Payment Method. This is not available on the Push Employee app at this time.
Please be aware that you'll receive an email or in-app notification for any changes to your payment method details, whether you make the change yourself or an administrator makes it on your behalf.

Note that you may not see an option to select a Cheque type as your employer determines this. For any additional questions, please get in touch with your employer/direct manager.
If you follow these steps and do not see an option to update the Payment Method listed in your account, please reach out to your employer/direct manager.
