If you have not received any funds in your bank account and it is the day of your payday or it has passed, please reach out to your employer/direct manager.
Note, that the timing of the funds being deposited is at the discretion of the Financial Institution/Bank.
We recommend reviewing that the Payment Method details are correct before contacting your employer/direct manager.
If the payment method details are not correct, please reach out to your employer/direct manager with having this information updated in your Employee Profile.
In order to protect the data in a Push account, we will only discuss matters regarding an account with either an active Super Administrator or Team Administrator with the appropriate permissions.
