How To Access Your Customer ID Number

• How To See My Client ID Number

Environment:

• Push Web App

Process:

Web App/Browser

1. Log in to your Push Account on a web browser
2. In the top right hand corner, click the Company name
3. In the drop down menu, under your name the Customer Number should be listed
4. Let the Push Support agent know the Customer Number and they will verify your identification!

Push Manager App

1. Open the Push Manager App and enter your login credentials using your Email Address and Password associated with your Push account
2. On the top left corner click the three stripes or swipe right
3. Click Settings
4. Your Customer ID will be listed under your Name and Email
5. Let the Push Support agent know the Customer Number and they will verify your identification!

Additional Information

This Customer ID number is not a static number and will change in your Push Account. If you are part of multiple Push accounts, each account will have a Customer ID number.
