- What do I do if I received an email about NSF from Push?

Answer
NSF (non-sufficient funds) occurs when Push attempts to withdraw funds from the Company's Bank account, and there are either no funds in the account or not enough to cover the costs of the charges.
Push will withdraw funds for payrolls, government remittances, service charges, monthly subscription charges, and so forth if the Company has signed a PAD (Pre-Authorized Debit) Agreement.
As soon as Push is notified of an NSF, our Payments Team will reach out via email and/or call to notify the Company and provide the necessary information/steps to best assist you.
Additional Information
Please note that there is an NSF fee for each occurrence of NSF. We highly recommend that if you are aware that the funds may bounce, contact our Payments Team directly at payments@pushoperations.com.
If you are emailing our Payments Team directly:
- Please contact Push Payments by email payments@pushoperations.com
- Please title the email NSF
- Please provide the Company name and any additional information
If you have already received an email regarding NSF and the payday of your payroll is within the next 24-48 hours. Please review and reply back before the deadline noted in the email sent from Push Payments, as it will have the necessary information (i.e. wire funds). Once our Team receives a reply, Push will provide the necessary steps to best assist you.
If our Payments Team does not receive a reply regarding NSF and the payday of the payroll passes, the employees will not be paid on the set payday. We highly recommend replying to the email from our Payments team to provide you with the necessary information/instructions on how to pay the employees.
